Role Overview
The Senior Manager / Manager Channel Sales & Inside Sales will be responsible for driving student admissions and revenue growth through effective management of channel partners and the inside sales team. The role involves developing channel networks, leading high-performing sales teams, optimizing admissions processes, ensuring operational excellence, and achieving business targets while delivering an exceptional student experience.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Sales Management
Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners, franchises, education consultants, coaching institutes, and training centers.
Develop and execute territory-wise expansion strategies to increase market penetration.
Build and maintain robust relationships with channel partners to drive long-term business growth.
Conduct regular partner reviews, performance evaluations, and business planning discussions.
Drive admissions and revenue through the partner ecosystem.
Ensure partner productivity, engagement, and retention.

Inside Sales Management




Lead and manage the inside sales team to achieve admission and revenue targets.
Monitor counsellor productivity, conversion rates, and overall sales performance.
Ensure timely lead allocation and effective follow-up on prospective students.
Conduct call audits, coaching sessions, and sales training programs to improve team effectiveness.
Continuously optimize the lead-to-admission conversion funnel.

Revenue & Admissions
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual admission and revenue targets.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize student enrollments across all programs.
Monitor admission trends and take corrective actions to improve business performance.
Forecast admissions and revenue to support business planning.

Team Leadership & Development
Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate channel managers and inside sales counsellors.
