The Head of Compliance is a critical executive role responsible for ensuring that Spice Money adheres both in letter and spirit to all regulatory directions, directives, and expectations. As Spice Money expands its digital payment rails across rural India, the HOC acts as the enterprise anchor for regulatory alignment, safeguard of corporate reputation, and positive regulator advocacy. As the primary custodian of regulatory compliance, the HOC provides independent assurance to the Board and drives robust compliance governance across all operations.
