We’re Hiring: Campaign Manager - Influencer Marketing

About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven Campaign Manager - Influencer Marketing to plan, execute, and optimise influencer-led campaigns across digital platforms. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who understands influencer ecosystems end-to-end and can independently manage campaigns from brief to post-campaign reporting.

The ideal candidate brings strong coordination skills, a performance mindset, and the ability to work closely with creators, agencies, and internal teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Planning & Execution
Execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
Translate briefs into actionable influencer strategies focused on awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and execution across multiple platforms.
2. Influencer Sourcing & Relationship Management
Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers across platforms such as Instagram,



YouTube, X, etc.
Work with a wide spectrum of creators—from nano and micro influencers to macro and celebrity talent.
Build and maintain robust working relationships with influencers, talent managers, and agencies.
3. Content Coordination & Quality Control
Share clear campaign briefs and creative guidelines with influencers.
Coordinate content creation, approvals, and publishing schedules.
Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, platform best practices, and campaign goals.
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track campaign performance using relevant metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, etc.).
Analyse data to identify what worked, what didn’t, and optimisation opportunities.
Prepare post-campaign reports with insights, learnings, and ROI highlights.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams such as Creative, Social Media, and Paid Media to ensure seamless c
