Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Study Abroad Counsellor to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will assist students in selecting the right university and program, prepare them for the application process, and provide guidance on visa applications and other requirements. You will play a key role in shaping students' futures by helping them make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise students on education opportunities abroad, focusing on countries like the European Countries and more.
Assess students' academic background, career goals, and financial standing to recommend suitable programs and universities.
Assist in the application process, including document preparation, SOP writing, and interview coaching.
Provide guidance on visa procedures, scholarship opportunities, and accommodation options.
Stay updated on immigration laws, university policies, and program requirements.




Organize and participate in educational seminars, fairs, and webinars to promote the company's services.
Maintain records of student consultations, applications, and correspondence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with university representatives and stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in education, counselling, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in education consultancy or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of study abroad programs, particularly in the European Countries.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple student cases at once.
Familiarity with visa procedures and university admission processes.
