ASSISTANT MANAGER - ROLE SUMMARY
As an Assistant Manager at Ivy Homes, you will be at the forefront of managing and guiding a agile sales team to drive excellent results in the real estate market. Your leadership will play a key role in shaping the strategies and practices that ensure our properties are sold efficiently and effec:vely. You will collaborate closely with the Sales Director to oversee operations, provide insights, and mentor your team members to achieve and exceed sales targets. This role requires a combination of strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate market.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Team Leadership:
Mentor and manage a team of 2-4 Sales Associates, driving performance and professional growth.
