Experience: 1+ years (solar/EPC/construction industry preferred)

Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory)

Salary: ₹3.60 LPA

Location: Agar, Madhya Pradesh (on-site)

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated Civil Supervisor to oversee civil construction activities at our solar project site in Agar, MP.

The ideal candidate will ensure quality, safety, and timely execution of civil works related to solar plant construction.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the solar site, including foundation work, module mounting structure (MMS) civil works, road construction, drainage, and boundary works.
Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and vendors for smooth execution of site activities.




Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks; maintain records of work progress.
Monitor material consumption, quantity verification, and billing related to civil works.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols at the site.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and share updates with the project manager.
Coordinate with survey teams for layout marking and leveling.
Resolve on-site issues and ensure minimal delays in project timelines.

Requirements:
B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 1 year of relevant site experience (solar/renewable energy sector preferred).
Good understanding of civil construction practices, drawings, and BOQ.
Willingness to work on-site in Agar, Madhya Pradesh.
Robust communication and team coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/AutoCAD is a plus.
