Key Responsibilities
· Lead and manage the Architecture and Interior Design teams across all projects.
· Drive the conceptualization, planning, design development, and execution of residential, commercial, and redevelopment projects.
· Review and approve architectural and interior design drawings, layouts, specifications,



and material selections.
· Coordinate with Projects, MEP, Planning, Liaison, Procurement, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
· Manage external architects, interior consultants, landscape consultants, and design agencies.
· Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, building codes, DCPR norms, and local authority requirements.
· Monitor project design schedules and ensure timely delivery of drawings and design milestones.
· Provide technical guidance and solutions during project execution to address design-related challenges.
· Review value engineering proposals while maintaining design quality and functionality.
· Oversee budgeting and cost optimization related to architectural and interior works.
· Conduct regular design review meetings and site visits to monitor implementation quality.
