We're Hiring: Social Media Manager ( Only D2D Brand Candidates Preferred )

At The Cinnamon Kitchen, we're building a premium bakery brand that's driven by creativity, storytelling, and community. We're looking for a Social Media Manager who understands how to build engaging content, create a distinct brand voice, and grow an audience organically across platforms.

Role Overview
This is a strategy + execution role focused on building our social presence through compelling content, campaigns, and community engagement.

What you'll own
Develop and execute the monthly social media content strategy
Own our Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media channels
Build content calendars aligned with product launches, campaigns, and brand initiatives
Work closely with the design, content, and marketing team to create high-quality content
Brief and coordinate with Graphic designers, videographers, team, and agencies
Drive community engagement by responding to comments, DMs, and user interactions
Identify social trends and convert them into relevant brand content




Plan influencer collaborations and creator campaigns
Track and analyse content performance, engagement, reach, and follower growth
Continuously identify opportunities to strengthen our brand presence across digital platforms

What we're looking for
3–6 years of experience in Social Media Management
Experience working with D2C, FMCG, food & beverage, lifestyle, beauty, or premium consumer brands
Strong understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn content strategies
Experience managing end-to-end content calendars and campaign execution
Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills
Ability to analyse social media insights and optimize performance
Experience working with creators, influencers, and creative teams
