What we’re looking for
We're looking for a highly organised, process-oriented Community Associate who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep operations running smoothly. This role is primarily operations-focused, supporting day-to-day centre management through inventory control, asset management, budgeting, MIS reporting, vendor coordination, documentation, and operational process execution. The role also involves supporting a smooth member experience at the center and ensure all escalations are handled proactively.

What you’ll be doing
• Welcome and assist clients, members, and visitors, ensuring a professional and seamless experience.
• Manage inventory, asset tracking, office supplies, and procurement requests to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Maintain operational MIS, reports, dashboards, budgets, and cost trackers using Excel and Zoho.
• Coordinate with vendors (housekeeping, security, maintenance, IT, pantry, etc.) to ensure timely service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Maintain operational documentation, invoices, SOPs, compliance records, and other administrative documentation.
• Assist members with meeting room bookings, workspace reservations, visitor registrations, and access mana
