We are looking for a seasoned QE Director to lead Quality Engineering and Quality Transformation initiatives for a large-scale Technology Modernization program within the Airlines/Aviation domain. The role demands a strategic leader with strong QE expertise, extensive delivery management experience, and the ability to drive the organization's AI + QE vision across a complex engagement with a span of approximately 150 resources.
The ideal candidate is a leader who can successfully develop and manage a diverse team. You will solve client problems while providing exceptional service and help develop new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
18+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Testing, and Technology Transformation
Proven track record leading large-scale QE transformation programs within the Airlines, Aviation, Travel, or Transportation domain
Deep expertise in Test Automation, Quality Engineering, DevOps, Cloud,



and Digital Transformation initiatives
Robust understanding of airline technology ecosystems, including Reservations, Departure Control Systems, Passenger Service Systems (PSS), Loyalty, Revenue Management, and Airport Operations
Experience engaging with executive stakeholders and driving strategic business outcomes

Must Have:

Define and lead the QE transformation strategy across the enterprise
Drive AI/GenAI-led testing, test automation, and continuous quality initiatives
Build and scale high-performing global QE teams
Establish quality governance, metrics, and engineering best practices
Collaborate with business and technology leaders to accelerate digital transformation
Champion Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and Shift-Left quality practices
