Job Description – Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance Functional Consultant with robust expertise in Oracle Financial modules and client-facing experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing, supporting, and enhancing Oracle EBS Financial applications while working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle EBS Finance solutions.
Configure and support Oracle EBS Financial modules.
Conduct requirement gathering workshops and client discussions.
Prepare functional design documents, solution documents, and business process flows.
Coordinate with technical teams for customizations, reports, interfaces, and enhancements.
Perform functional testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.
Support implementation, upgrade, rollout, and production support activities.
Provide end-user training and prepare user documentation.
Manage stakeholder communication and ensure timely project delivery.
Work closely with business users, project managers, and offshore/onsite teams.
