About the role
Own and grow our marketplace business — primarily Amazon, with Flipkart alongside. You'll drive revenue, advertising efficiency, listings, and account health, manage a performance executive, and work closely with the operations and warehouse teams to keep stock and fulfilment on track. As current channels open up (like Flipkart Minutes and Amazon Now), you'll help evaluate and onboard them too.
What you'll do
Grow revenue on Amazon and Flipkart against monthly plans — through launches, deals and events (Prime Day, BBD, and other marquee events), pricing, and merchandising.
Run advertising efficiently — structure and optimize PPC campaigns, balancing growth with profitability (ACOS / TACOS / ROAS).
Manage listings & content — keywords, A+ content, catalogue hygiene, and quick resolution of suppressions or new-listing needs.
Protect account health — stay compliant with platform policy and requirements, and act on marketplace recommendations promptly.
Reputation Management — Work closely with the Online Reputation Management team to diagnose root cause of negative feedbacks and address accordingly.
Partner on inventory & fulfilment — Work closely with the operations and warehouse teams to ensure healthy stock cover and smooth fulfilment (day-to-day inventory planning sits with operations).
Lead a performance executive — set priorities, review work, and help the person grow.
Explore new platforms — help evaluate and onboard emerging channels such as Flipkart Minutes and Amazon Now.
Solve problems independently — resolve issues using internal and seller-support resources before escalating.
What are we looking for
3–6 years managing Amazon (Seller / Vendor Central), including at least 1 year in a managerial role; Flipkart experience a plus.
A good grip on Amazon Advertising — campaign structure, ACOS/TACOS/ROAS, and profitability.
Comfort with listing optimization and keyword tools (e.g. Helium 10).
Analytical and numbers-fluent — at home in Excel/Sheets and
