Primary Purpose of Role:
Leads the engineering, optimization, and resiliency of core datacenter and cloud platforms supporting global operations. This role provides advanced technical expertise, drives standards and automation, and serves as a senior escalation point for complex infrastructure, performance, and recovery challenges.

The ideal candidate will serve as our Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all Linux platforms. In this role, you will architect, implement, and manage Linux environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
Your extensive knowledge of performance tuning, automation, system optimization, data protection, and troubleshooting will drive innovative solutions and support our organization’s digital transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy robust infrastructure solutions, leveraging your expertise to resolve complex technical challenges efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and support robust infrastructure solutions across server, virtualization, storage, backup, file services, and cloud platforms.

Lead complex troubleshooting and serve as a senior escalation point for major incidents, performance issues, and recurring platform instability.

Drive automation, configuration management, and Infrastructure as Code practices to improve consistency, speed, and reliability.

Lead lifecycle planning, capacity management, and technical refresh activities for infrastructure platforms.

Develop and enforce engineering standards for compliance, patching, resiliency, observability, and operational readiness.

Support containerization and orchestration platforms where applicable, including standards, operations, and integration.
