Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Chef role. The Chef will plan, prepare, and present menu items across the cloud kitchen, café, and dessert concepts, ensuring consistent quality, taste, and nutrition. Responsibilities include managing daily kitchen operations, supervising food preparation, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and overseeing inventory and procurement of ingredients. The Chef will collaborate with the management team to develop and refine recipes, design seasonal menus, and support new product launches aligned with the brand’s health-focused vision. The role also involves training kitchen staff, monitoring portion control and cost efficiency, and ensuring timely service during peak hours.
Qualifications
Solid culinary skills in hot kitchen, cold kitchen, and dessert preparation, with a focus on healthy and innovative recipes.
