About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Java Developer with solid experience in Apache Kafka and distributed systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend applications, event-driven architectures, and high-performance microservices. The role requires hands-on expertise in Java development, REST APIs, messaging systems, and cloud-ready applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust backend applications using Java 11/17 or above.
Build and support event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka.
Develop scalable microservices and RESTful APIs.
Implement Kafka producers, consumers, topics, partitions, and message processing workflows.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver business requirements.
Optimize application performance, reliability,
and scalability.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
Contribute to CI/CD implementation and DevOps practices.
Work in Agile/Scrum development environments.
