Role Description The Sales Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Gurgaon. The Sales Manager will oversee the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to property showings, negotiation, and deal closure. This role involves managing and mentoring a sales team, setting targets, tracking performance,



and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction through professional consultations and follow-ups. The Sales Manager will collaborate with leadership to develop sales strategies, maintain strong relationships with developers and channel partners, and stay updated on local market trends and inventory. Regular reporting, pipeline management, and participation in client events and site visits are integral to the day-to-day responsibilities.
Qualifications
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships, with excellent customer service and consultative selling skills.
Proficiency in pipeline management, sales reporting, and use of CRM or other sales tools.
