A Day in the Life

As our Product Development Senior Manager for Haircare, reporting to the Lead Haircare SAPMENA, you will be the driving force behind our skincare innovations for the dynamic SAPMENA markets. You will be at the heart of creating products that resonate with our consumers, steering projects from the initial idea to a successful launch.

Lead Innovation Projects:



You will manage the entire development cycle for new skincare products, ensuring they meet the unique needs and desires of consumers in the SAPMENA region.
Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will partner with Marketing, Research & Innovation (R&I;), and Operations teams to translate consumer insights and market trends into tangible product briefs and successful launches.
Ensure Product Excellence: You will oversee project timelines, costs, and quality standards to deliver high-performing products that strengthen our brand portfolio.
Become a Market Expert: You will develop a deep understanding of the SAPMENA skincare landscape, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
