Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties
Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure




Conduct client meetings and site visits across Bangalore
Coordinate with builders and developers
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Maintain an organized sales pipeline and follow-up process
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in Real Estate, Sales, or Business Development
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Robust closing ability with a target-driven mindset
Knowledge of the Bangalore real estate market is an added advantage
Leadership qualities with the potential to manage and mentor teams
