We are looking for an experienced Head of TechOps and Security to lead our technology operations, cloud infrastructure, and information security initiatives. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, performance, and security of our technology ecosystem while driving operational excellence across engineering infrastructure. The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing large-scale cloud environments, implementing robust infrastructure strategies, and building high-performing operations teams.
As the Head of TechOps and Security, you will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and leadership teams to establish resilient infrastructure, strengthen security practices, optimize cloud costs, and ensure high system availability.



You will play a critical role in defining technology operations strategy and implementing best practices that support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the organization's TechOps and infrastructure strategy aligned with business objectives.
Lead the design, deployment, and management of scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure.
Own and optimize AWS environments, ensuring performance, reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
Build and mentor high-performing Infrastructure, Cloud Operations, and Security teams.
Develop and enforce infrastructure governance, security policies, compliance standards, and operational best practices.
Drive automation across infrastructure provisioning, deployment pipelines, monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery processes.
Collaborate with engineering teams to improve application performance, system resilience, and deployment reliability.
Implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident response processes.
