We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Vendor Quality to lead and drive food safety and quality compliance across our supply chain. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and enforcing quality standards at vendor sites, managing a large cross-functional team of 40+ members, and ensuring seamless coordination between the supply chain and vendor ecosystem. You will spearhead end-to-end project management, engage with government institutions and regulatory bodies, and play a pivotal role in elevating Licious’ quality benchmarks across operations.

Lead and manage a team of 40+ members across vendor quality operations, ensuring high performance and accountability.
Establish, implement, and monitor food safety and quality standards across all vendor and supply chain touchpoints.
Drive end-to-end project management for quality initiatives, from planning and execution to review and closure.
Build and maintain solid relationships with government institutions, regulatory bodies, and industry stakeholders.
Oversee training programs at vendor sites to ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and food safety protocols.
Resolve quality complaints and non-conformances promptly, driving root cause analysis and corrective action.
Travel up to 15 days per month (once or twice a month) for vendor site visits, audits, and stakeholder coordination.
