Role Description The Sales Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in the Mohali district. The Sales Manager will oversee the end-to-end sales cycle for residential and upcoming luxury and commercial projects, including generating leads, qualifying prospects, conducting site visits, and closing deals. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring the sales team,



setting and tracking sales targets, preparing sales reports and forecasts, and coordinating with marketing and project teams to align campaigns with inventory and launch plans. The role involves building strong relationships with channel partners and customers, addressing queries and concerns, and ensuring a high-quality, transparent buying experience. The Sales Manager is also expected to stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes impacting real estate sales.
