Who we are looking to hire:
We are looking for an experienced Director – Sales to drive enterprise sales across the European market. Based in Noida, this role is responsible for acquiring new enterprise customers, expanding strategic relationships, and delivering sustainable revenue growth across the assigned territory.
The ideal candidate brings 10–15 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals with enterprise customers in Europe.

Key responsibilities
Enterprise sales & business development




Own and deliver new business revenue targets across the European market.
Identify, engage, and acquire enterprise customers through a consultative sales approach.
Build and execute territory and account plans to drive sustainable pipeline growth.
Lead complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and long-term engagements.
Strategic account management
Build strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers within target accounts.
Develop account expansion strategies to maximize long-term customer value.
Partner with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and growth.
Pipeline & forecasting
Build, manage, and maintain a robust enterprise sales pipeline.
Ensure accurate sales forecasting and CRM hygiene.
Drive disciplined chance management and sales execution throughout the customer lifecycle.
