Role Description The Gourmet Chef will lead the culinary execution for weddings, corporate events, and institutional catering, ensuring high-quality menus and consistent taste across large volumes.



This full-time, on-site role based in Varanasi involves designing and refining multi-cuisine menus, overseeing live cooking stations, and collaborating with event and operations teams to deliver timely service. The Gourmet Chef will manage kitchen brigades, supervise food preparation, maintain hygiene and safety standards, and ensure attractive food styling and presentation for diverse event formats. In addition, the role requires experimentation with new recipes, integrating traditional and contemporary gastronomy, and contributing to menu R&D; for signature culinary concepts and premium mithai offerings. The Gourmet Chef will also participate in tastings, vendor coordination for ingredients, and continuous improvement of workflows to support high-volume events.
