We are seeking a highly driven Manager – Founder’s Office (Strategy, Operations & Special Projects) to work closely with executive leadership on high-impact strategic initiatives, business transformation, and operational excellence. As part of the Founder’s Office, you will partner directly with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities, improve operational efficiency, and lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution. This is a high-ownership role that spans business strategy, retail operations, customer experience, finance, marketing, technology, supply chain, and people functions.

Key Responsibilities
Partner closely with executive leadership to drive strategic priorities, operational improvements, and business transformation initiatives.
Lead high-impact projects from problem identification and analysis through execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Evaluate business expansion opportunities, strategic partnerships, recent business models, and market growth initiatives.
Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, customer analysis, and commercial assessments to support key business decisions.
Develop business cases, executive presentations, dashboards, and management reports that provide actionable insights.
