About the Role
This role is a unique opportunity for an experienced HR professional, to partner with business leaders and align local HR priorities with overall business goals, contributing to the broader India People Strategy. You will be responsible for driving key initiatives in performance management, change management, and succession planning to develop a high-performing workforce.



You will manage complex employee relations matters and champion workplace programs that enhance employee engagement, growth, and continuous innovation. This is a hands-on yet high-impact role that requires balancing operational excellence with proactive planning to improve organizational effectiveness across all assigned business units. You will be a trusted HR advisor to senior functional leaders, guiding key decisions on organizational design, workforce capabilities, and talent retention.
