Job Title: Manager – General Ledger

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Manager – Finance to oversee fixed assets accounting, financial reporting, and audit coordination. The role requires strong expertise in financial controls, reporting, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:
· Manage Fixed Assets Accounting including capitalization, retirement, movement, and AUC
· Support monthly balance sheet review with CFO / Dy. CFO
· Handle monthly closing and group reporting (HFM)
· Prepare and manage group insurance-related templates
· Assist in statutory audits to ensure timely and smooth closure
· Coordinate annual physical verification of fixed assets with external vendors
· Oversee quarterly inventory verification processes
· Handle prepaid accounting with accuracy and compliance (SAP preferred)

Key Requirements:
· 4-8 years of experience in finance and accounting
· Strong expertise in fixed assets accounting and financial reporting
· Experience in monthly closing, audits, and compliance
· Valuable stakeholder management and coordination skills
· Proficiency in HFM / ERP systems preferred
