Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial operations, ensure
compliance, and drive strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
 Financial planning, budgeting & forecasting
 Manage accounting, cash flow & MIS reporting
 Ensure compliance (Companies Act, Income Tax, GST)
 Handle audits and liaise with auditors and banks
 Risk management and internal controls
 Fundraising and investor coordination
 Lead the finance and accounts team
Job description
 Prepare and manage the University's annual budget in coordination with departments.
 Monitor budget performance and provide financial analysis and variance reports.
 Support financial planning, forecasting, and sustainability initiatives.
 Prepare timely and accurate financial reports for management and stakeholders.
 Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
 Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws,



accounting standards, and
University policies.
 Coordinate internal and external audits and implement audit recommendations.
 Manage financial aspects of research grants, contracts, and donor-funded projects.
 Supervise and develop the finance team while promoting cross-functional collaboration.
 Guide faculty and administrative staff on financial policies and procedures.
 Oversee financial systems, ERP tools, and process improvements to enhance accuracy.
 Perform other finance-related duties as assigned by the University management.
Qualifications
 CA/CMA/CA-intern/ MBA (Finance)
 10–15+ years of experience in finance leadership roles
