ASSOCIATE - LEGAL - ROLE SUMMARY
The Legal Associate shall be primarily responsible for aiding the Senior Legal team members
in conducting due diligence of real estate properties, drafting of Agreements for Sale of
properties, Memorandum of Understanding, Power of Attorneys and all other ancillary
transactional documents.
The key responsibilities will include collating, scrutinizing, and verifying documents relating
to land / apartments, conducting due diligence, analyzing title flow, preparation of
preliminary title reports, and drafting of different deeds like Power of Attorney, MOU, Sale
Agreements, Sale Deeds.
The Legal Associate will also be responsible for managing property registrations in close co-
ordination with external and internal stakeholde
