Education
UG: Bachelor’s degree in Science or a relevant field
PG: MBA in Sales & Marketing (preferred, optional)
Qualifications




Proven experience in sales or business development within the medical diagnostics, life sciences, or healthcare industry
Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Ability to interpret financial and sales performance data to drive strategy
Experience with molecular diagnostics, IHC/ISH/FISH technologies, or related products is highly desirable
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment
