About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketer with strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads to lead performance marketing initiatives for multiple D2C and e-commerce brands.

The ideal candidate should be highly data-driven, experienced in managing significant ad budgets, and capable of developing strategies that drive revenue, ROAS, lead quality, and overall business growth. This is a specialized performance marketing role and requires strong expertise in paid acquisition rather than a general digital marketing profile.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end performance marketing strategy and execution across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Manage and scale multiple D2C/e-commerce accounts with significant monthly ad spends.
Develop performance strategies across TOF, MOF, and BOF to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Monitor campaign performance, identify trends and inefficiencies, and take data-backed optimization decisions.




Analyze key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, CVR, CAC, LTV, and conversion value.
Work directly with clients to understand business objectives, present performance insights, and recommend growth opportunities.
Lead daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting with transparent insights and actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with creative, content, and design teams to develop and improve ad creatives and messaging.
Oversee GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, Merchant Center, and Meta Catalog setup and performance.
Stay updated with platform changes, emerging trends, and new performance marketing strategies.

Mandatory Requirements

2–5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Experience working with D2C/e-commerce brands or digital marketing agencies.
Proven experience managing ₹10 lakhs+ monthly ad budgets.
