Role Description The Academic Counselor role is a full time, on-site position based at Blitz Academy in Kochi. The Academic Counselor will guide prospective and current learners in selecting suitable courses,



understanding program requirements, and planning their academic pathways. Daily responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, explaining training and certification options, supporting learners with admission processes, and maintaining accurate records of counseling interactions. The role involves coordinating with faculty and administrative teams, organizing orientation and information sessions, and providing ongoing academic advising to enhance learner outcomes and satisfaction. The Academic Counselor will also contribute to career guidance activities, helping learners align their training with industry opportunities.
