Academic Counsellor (Admissions)
Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh (In office)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students regarding Digital Marketing and AI courses.
Handle inbound and outbound admission enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.
Understand students' career goals and recommend the most suitable course.
Explain course curriculum, certification, fee structure, batch schedules, and career opportunities.
Schedule demo classes and counselling sessions.
Follow up with leads generated through Meta Ads, Google Ads, website, social media, and referrals.
Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM regularly.
Convert enquiries into admissions while delivering an excellent student experience.
Coordinate with trainers and the admissions team for smooth onboarding.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills in Hindi.
Good English communication (spoken and written).
Strong counselling, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.




Ability to build trust and maintain relationships with students and parents.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM software, and WhatsApp Business.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.

Preferred Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Academic Counselling, EdTech, Education Sales, or Admissions.
Freshers with exceptional communication and a learning mindset are encouraged to apply.

₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
(Salary will depend on experience and interview performance.)
