About the role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven financial professional with robust experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;), along with exposure to Investment Banking (IB), Transaction Advisory Services (TAS), and Financial Due Diligence (FDD). The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, handling multiple priorities while delivering high-quality financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:
· Build and maintain robust financial models to support strategic decision-making
· Analyze historical financial data, perform variance analysis, identify trends,



and recommend actionable improvements
· Evaluate financial performance by comparing actual results with budgets and forecasts
· Collaborate closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
· Lead and streamline the cost analysis process, ensuring adherence to policies and controls
· Develop financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term planning models
· Conduct market research, industry analysis, and valuation benchmarking (comps)
· Support transaction-related activities, including:
· Financial Due Diligence (FDD)
· Deal evaluation and analysis
· Investment memos and presentations
· Apply experience from IB/TAS engagements to provide deeper insights into financial performance and deal dynamics
· Identify and drive process improvements, automation, and efficiency initiatives
· Develop dashboards, reports, and MIS using advanced Excel and BI tools
· Track operational and financial
