About the Role:
The Software Engineer will be primarily responsible for the handling and automation of complex test data requests, ensuring that high-quality and reliable data is provisioned across multiple databases and engineering systems to support testing needs across the organization. The role requires managing a high volume of incoming tickets, coordinating closely with cross-functional teams, and preparing data that is accurate, consistent,



and suitable for a wide range of testing scenarios.

A key focus of this role is the design, development, and integration of backend services that power LIRA, T-Mobile's AI agent for automated test data requests. The engineer will design and maintain efficient data pipelines, SQL-based solutions, and REST APIs to streamline test data provisioning, reduce turnaround times, and ensure backend service reliability and robust error handling so that LIRA can resolve test data requests with speed and precision.
They will work collaboratively with cross-functional engineering, QA, and platform teams to ensure that test data environments remain highly available and fully optimized for testing use cases.
