Purpose of the Role:
Lindström is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Compensation & Benefits Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll operations for a multi-location workforce, including a significant blue-collar employee population. The role requires strong analytical skills, ownership mindset, stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to handle large and complex employee data sets with high accuracy.
The incumbent will be responsible for payroll processing, attendance validation, statutory compliance, vendor coordination, employee query resolution, and payroll analytics, ensuring timely and accurate salary processing while maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Operations
Execute accurate and timely end-to-end payroll processing across multiple locations.
Validate payroll inputs including attendance, leave records, overtime,



incentives, reimbursements, deductions, and statutory components.
Ensure payroll accuracy through reconciliation, audits, and validation checks before payroll closure.
Process monthly salary payouts within defined timelines while maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.
Address payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
Blue-Collar Workforce & Attendance Management
Manage payroll operations for a large blue-collar and frontline workforce across multiple locations.
Monitor, validate, and reconcile attendance records, shift schedules, overtime, weekly offs, and leave data received from various stakeholders.
Coordinate with Operations, Site Supervisors, HR teams, and branch stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate payroll inputs.
Process attendance-based earnings, overtime payments, incentives, shift allowances, and other variable pay components
