Corenza is hiring for a leading Financial Services organization seeking a dynamic Lead – Offline Marketing to drive strategic offline marketing initiatives and strengthen brand presence across key markets.
This is a high-impact role for professionals passionate about building localized marketing campaigns, strategic partnerships, customer engagement programs, and brand activation initiatives that directly contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute localized offline marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Create and manage annual and quarterly marketing calendars focused on brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and curated client events.
Plan and execute seminars, workshops, sponsorships, networking events, activations, and other offline campaigns.
Collaborate with branch teams to identify local market opportunities and ensure seamless campaign execution.
Build and nurture strategic partnerships with associations, institutions, healthcare professionals, and other relevant ecosystem partners.




Manage agencies, vendors, and external partners while ensuring timely execution and high-quality delivery.
Maintain brand consistency across all offline marketing initiatives.
Track campaign performance, budgets, ROI, and continuously optimize marketing effectiveness.
Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive successful execution across multiple locations.

Candidate Profile
5–8 years of experience in Offline Marketing, Field Marketing, Brand Marketing, Event Marketing, or Marketing Activations.
Proven experience in independently planning and executing offline marketing campaigns.
Strong exposure to events, brand activations, customer engagement programs, and partnership marketing.
Excellent stakeholder management, vendor management, and project coordination skills.
Strong communication, presentation, and organizational abilities.
