Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Bengaluru East. The Sales Associate will engage with prospective buyers, understand their requirements, and guide them through suitable property options offered by Prop Times. Daily responsibilities include conducting property visits, following up on leads, maintaining accurate client records,



and coordinating with internal teams to provide updated information on listings, pricing, and availability. The role also involves explaining legal and financial aspects in collaboration with internal experts, supporting clients through documentation and loan processes, and ensuring a smooth, professional experience from first contact to closing. The Sales Associate is expected to meet sales targets, nurture long-term client relationships, and represent the brand with integrity and customer-centric service.
Qualifications
Robust client-facing skills, including relationship building, active listening, and professional communication.
Sales and negotiation abilities, with experience in lead conversion, target achievement, and pipeline management.
