Role Overview
You will be the voice behind ConvoZen crafting compelling content that educates, excites,



and converts our target audience: CX leaders, product owners, digital marketers, and founders across rapid-growing businesses. You’ll partner with GTM, sales, product, and growth teams to build a performance-led content engine that supports the entire funnel from awareness to advocacy.

Responsibilities:

1- Content Strategy & Planning
Develop a quarterly content roadmap aligned with GTM campaigns, product launches, and ICP pain points.
Identify high-impact topics across domains like AI in CX, automation, WhatsApp commerce, contact center transformation, and conversational analytics.
Define content goals for each stage of the funnel i.e TOFU (blogs, SEO), MOFU (case studies, demos), BOFU (landing pages, solution guides).

2- Content Creation & Execution
Write thought leadership articles, data-driven blogs, whitepapers, founder notes, product explainers, and video/podcast scripts.
Translate technical product feature
