Key Responsibilities:
• Provide functional consulting for HCM - Oracle Fusion Cloud - Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) (Functional) and HCM - Oracle Fusion Cloud - Absence Management (Functional) and Fast Formula.
• Gather and analyze business requirements related to Time and Labor and Absence Management and translate them into Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
• Configure, test, and deploy Oracle Fusion OTL and Absence Management functionalities in line with client requirements and best practices.
• Support end-to-end implementation cycles, including requirement workshops, solution design, configuration, testing, user training, and post-go-live support for OTL and Absence modules.
• Collaborate with technical teams to support integrations, reports, and extensions related to Time and Absence.
• Troubleshoot functional issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions for incidents and service requests.
• Prepare and maintain functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scenarios, and user guides for OTL and Absence Management.
• Advise stakeholders on Oracle Fusion HCM best practices, recent features, and release impacts for Time and Absence.
• Work closely with client business users in the United Kingdom to ensure solutions are aligned with local policies and regulatory requirements where applicable.
Qualifications and Skills
• Proven experience as a Consultant-Oracle working on HCM - Oracle Fusion Cloud - Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) (Functional) and HCM - Oracle Fusion Cloud - Absence Management (Functional).
• Functional experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Time and Labor and Absence Management modules.
• Good understanding of core HCM concepts such as work schedules, time entry, time calculation rules, absences, accrual plans, and related approvals.
• Experience in configuring OTL and Absence setups including timecard layouts, time categories, time entry profiles, absence types, and eligibility profiles.
