Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage full-cycle recruiting activities across assigned business units and functions.
Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and workforce planning objectives.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality talent.
Screen, assess, and interview candidates to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural alignment.
Coordinate and manage interview processes, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Facilitate offer development, negotiations, and pre-employment processes.
Ensure timely closure of open requisitions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
Strategic Business Partnership
Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders on talent market trends, hiring strategies, and recruitment best practices.
