Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Functional Testing Specialist with deep expertise in SAP Automation and Tosca. The ideal candidate will bring over a decade of experience in designing, executing, and managing large-scale SAP testing initiatives, ensuring product quality and seamless business process validation in a hybrid work workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Lead SAP functional testing initiatives across modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, HR, etc.).
Design and implement automated test frameworks using Tosca and other SAP automation tools.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
Drive end-to-end test planning,



execution, defect management, and reporting.
Mentor junior testers and establish best practices for SAP test automation.
Ensure compliance with product company standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of SAP functional testing experience across multiple modules.
Strong hands-on expertise in SAP Automation and Tosca.
Proven track record in test strategy, planning, and execution for product-based environments.
Experience with hybrid work models and cross-functional collaboration.
Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
