Glowing Digital is seeking a skilled Google Ads & Meta Ads Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing, campaign optimization, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Conduct keyword research and audience targeting.
Monitor campaign performance and maximize ROI.
Set up conversion tracking using GA4, GTM, and Meta Pixel.




Prepare campaign performance reports.
Perform A/B testing for ads and landing pages.
Collaborate with the creative team for ad assets.

Requirements

1–2 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, GTM, and Meta Pixel.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns effectively.
