Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Chef de Cuisine (CDC) to lead the day-to-day operations of the kitchen.
The ideal candidate will come from a fine-dining, luxury hotel, premium restaurant, or chef-driven culinary background and should demonstrate strong leadership, technical expertise, menu execution, team management, and operational discipline.
The CDC will be responsible for ensuring culinary excellence, consistency, efficiency, hygiene, and smooth service execution while leading and developing the kitchen team.





Key Responsibilities
Lead daily kitchen operations and the brigade, ensuring smooth and efficient service across all sections.
Maintain exceptional standards of taste, presentation, plating, portioning, and consistency in line with fine-dining standards.
Manage mise-en-place, pass, service flow, and timely execution during regular and peak services.
Ensure recipes, SOPs, menu specifications, and culinary standards are followed consistently.
Support the Executive Chef with menu development, seasonal specials, menu refinement, and culinary innovation.
Train, mentor, and develop CDPs, Demi Chefs, Commis, and other kitchen team members.
Conduct pre-service briefings and maintain explicit communication across the kitchen and F&B; teams.
Monitor food cost, portion control, wastage, production, inventory, and stock rotation to maintain kitchen efficiency.
