Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Intern role based in Surat. The Sales Intern will support the sales team by assisting with lead generation, preparing quotations, and following up with prospective and existing clients. Daily tasks include maintaining customer records, coordinating with internal teams to understand product specifications, and helping present lab-grown diamond products to clients. The role also involves supporting customer inquiries, participating in sales meetings,



and assisting in basic sales reporting and market research. The intern will receive guidance and training to develop sales skills and product knowledge in the lab-grown diamond industry.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills and an interest in Sales Management to support sales activities and learn sales processes.
Candidates should possess the ability to learn quickly and engage in Training opportunities to build product and industry knowledge.
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort working with CRM or sales tracking tools is beneficial.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a quick-paced environment are preferred.
