We are looking for a detail-oriented WFM Analyst to manage centralized workforce reporting and analytics for a global workforce (~50,000 employees). This role will focus on delivering accurate data insights, driving reporting automation, and supporting strategic decision-making across regions and business units.

Primary Responsibilities:
WFM Analytics & Reporting
Manage global WFM reporting and analytics
Analyze workforce trends and recommend improvements in efficiency and utilization




Support leadership with performance insights and planning metrics
MIS & Dashboarding
Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reports
Automate recurring reports using advanced tools
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance
Deliver periodic (daily to quarterly) reports and executive summaries
Data & Automation
Build scalable reporting solutions using Excel, DAX, Power Pivots, Power Query and Power BI
Stakeholder Management
Partner with WFM, Operations, Finance, HR, and leadership to align on reporting needs
