Making an impact. What will you do?
In this role you will coach and develop team members reporting directly and you will be directly accountable for delivering sales targets in the assigned territory
Additionally,
you will manage all existing customer accounts in assigned territory, and you will work closely with BU Head to ensure BU targets are met
Further, you manage the Key accounts assigned to ensure long term profitability and growth and you will coordinate with plant / distribution / support teams to ensure timely supplies to customers
Also, you have to ensure timely collection of payments from all customers in the territory
Furthermore, you will be addressing customer complaints promptly and ensure timely redressal
Further, you will generate recent large/strategic leads and work to convert the leads to business wins
Likewise, you will be collecting and reporting market intelligence information related to competitor actions in marketplace
Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?
You have a bachelor’s degree required in sales, marketing, finance, or technical discipline
You have four to eight (4-8) years of industrial / Sale
