Job Title: Senior User Experience Architect | UX Strategy & Design

Role Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior UX Architect to lead the design and delivery of intuitive, scalable, and user-centric digital experiences. This role requires a solid blend of UX strategy, UI design expertise, and technical understanding to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive impactful product outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end UX architecture and design for web and mobile applications
Define UX strategy, design systems, and scalable UI frameworks
Translate business requirements into user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
Ensure consistency in design standards, usability, and accessibility
Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into design improvements
Drive design thinking workshops and mentor UX/UI designers
Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs




Establish and maintain design systems and component libraries

Required Skills & Qualifications
15+ years of experience in UX/UI design and architecture
Strong portfolio showcasing UX strategy, UI design, and complex problem-solving
Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
Strong understanding of design systems, interaction design, and usability principles
Experience with responsive design, mobile-first approach, and accessibility standards
Good understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
