About Role:
We are looking for a Database Developer to join our engineering team in Mumbai India. He/ She must be passionate to handle and wrangle data across various platforms and using diverse tools at high scale and generate the best possible insights. He/ she will have to work closely with other stake holders, technical, design and testing teams. This person will have an opportunity to work with data engineering, data visualization, data analytics, query fine tuning and data science across RDBMS and distributed cloud storage.



He will work on managing effective development, timely delivery, code quality and data performance. Therefore, a person with unwavering curiosity and commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and the creation of quality technology products is essential.

Roles & Responsibility:
• Build Data applications with high accuracy and performance across traditional and distributed
computing platforms.
• Design, build, and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable code quality and features being delivered efficiently and on-time. Document everything.
• Develop database processes, gather, and process raw data at scale (including writing scripts, web scraping, calling APIs, write SQL queries in MySQL, handle data cloud etc.).
• Administer data processing workflows associated with tools like MySQL, Oozie, Zookeeper, hadoop,Hive, Impala for data processing across the distributed platform.
