Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis
Prepare annual budgets, forecasts and long-term business plans.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual management reports.
Perform variance analysis and provide actionable business insights.
Develop financial models for recent investments, projects and strategic decisions.
Prepare project profitability, cash flow and sensitivity analyses.
MIS & Management Reporting
Prepare accurate and timely MIS for senior management and promoters.
Design dashboards and KPI-based reporting systems.
Standardize reporting across various business verticals.
Automate repetitive MIS processes and improve reporting efficiency.
Ensure accuracy, consistency and timeliness of management reports.
Accounting & Financial Reporting
Coordinate monthly, quarterly and annual financial closures.
Review reconciliations and support finalization of financial statements.
Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants and other advisors.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.




IND AS & Technical Accounting
Support implementation and ongoing compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (IND AS).
Research and evaluate the accounting implications of complex transactions.
Prepare technical accounting notes and position papers where required.
Assist in the implementation of new accounting standards and regulatory changes.
ERP Implementation & Finance Transformation
Participate in ERP implementation, migration and enhancement projects.
Define finance process requirements and coordinate with IT and implementation partners.
Ensure smooth transition of finance processes into ERP systems.
Drive automation, digitization and continuous process improvements across finance functions.
Test system configurations, reports and financial controls during ERP implementation.
Mergers, Demergers & Corporate Restructuring
Assist in financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions and business restructuring.
