Job Summary
Seeking an experienced MBD Engineer with expertise in MSC Adams, ANSYS Flexible Body, Vehicle Dynamics, Stability Analysis, Hydraulic Mechanism Simulation, Co-Simulation, and Python Automation for off Highway Equipment's. Experience required: 5–12 Years
Key Responsibilities
Develop and validate rigid and flexible multibody dynamic models using MSC Adams and ANSYS.
Perform vehicle dynamics simulations including braking, cornering, ride & handling, steering, stability, obstacle crossing, ramp climbing, maneuverability, load transfer, and tipping assessments.
Conduct versatile body simulations.
Execute static and dynamic stability studies, tilt-table simulations, load chart verification, COG analysis, and counterweight optimization.
Perform hydraulic and mechanism simulations and motion path verification.
Generate duty-cycle based loads, load spectra, fatigue load histories, and FEA load envelopes for durability assessments.
Support design optimization, parametric studies, DOE, virtual testing, correlation,
validation, and root-cause investigations.
Develop automation tools using Python, Adams Macros, and ACL for model generation, batch runs, post-processing, reporting, and optimization.
Work on Adams–ANSYS and Adams–Simulink co-simulation for system-level validation.

Education
B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Mechanical, Automotive, Mechatronics, Machine Design, or related discipline.
